Teaching Philosophy
My approach to teaching is rooted in accessibility, promoting creativity, and relevant tools and techniques to help students be the best version of themselves. I believe students learn best when they apply theoretical concepts through hands-on experience. My goal for classroom and individual instruction is to create an inclusive environment that fosters creativity and technical expertise.
I guide students toward independent thinking and problem-solving through collaborative, project-based learning. I tend to use interactive lectures, practical assignments, and collaborative work in the classroom. My private instruction is centered on meeting students at their current level while pushing them out of their comfort zone and developing fundamental music and technical skills to continue growing after our time together.
